Moo Cluck Moo in Dearborn Heights opened with a ribbon-cutting on Friday. It's a fast food joint that uses all-natural, high-quality ingredients, including buns made in-house, shakes made from Calder Dairy ice cream, and 100% cane sugar soda. Also, all preparation and cooking has been designed in collaboration with the renowned Jimmy Schmidt. (Yes, THAT Jimmy Schmidt.) Standards of service are set high by their culinarians led by Master Culinarian Allen Fisher. So it's a fast food joint, but it's pretty serious business. (Also their emails are quite humorous.)
